A Hilo native, who studied at the University of Hawaii Maui Culinary Academy and successfully roared through Top Chef on Bravo has now fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening his own restaurant. Chef Sheldon Simeon would like you to “Come my house. Eat.”

Chef Sheldon’s dishes are deeply rooted in the different cultures that have shaped Hawaii cuisine, most of them coming from family recipes. His grandparents, both “Migrant’s” to our island state, have inspired Sheldon’s passion to be in the kitchen.
